Tel Aviv's high-tech credentials have received a boost with the news that the city has been ranked second in an innovation competition organized by the Urban Land Institute in collaboration with the Wall Street Journal

Israel's largest city is bordered on all sides by danger, but its residents now seem more focused on its beaches, bars, and booming high-tech industry. Bob Simon reports.

AFER has assembled a legal team led by Theodore Olson and David Boies to demonstrate that Proposition 8 violates the U.S. Constitution by denying millions of people equal protection under the law.

Nazi Atrocities Against Mankind
At WWII German prison camps real life horror pictures reveal the unbelievable atrocities committed by the Nazis in their murder camps.

"The Porcelain Unicorn" is the Gran Prize Winner of the Philips 2010 "Tell It Your Way" Competition. This short drama depicts the story of two World War II children survivers from totally different backgrounds,who met for just a moment under very unusual circumstances during the war, and the search of one of them for the other as adults.

Forty students from the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance took a classical approach to the flashmob as they flashwaltzed Tchaikovsky's Waltz of the Flowers at the new Sarah Wetsman Davidson Hospital Tower in Jerusalem. Doctors, patients and passers-by joined in the fun. The surprise concert was part of Good Deeds Day, an annual event that originated in Israel in 2007 and now takes place in over 50 countries worldwide. On this day volunteers reach out to the less fortunate and the vulnerable. The Academy students enjoyed the day so much that they have decided to schedule regular concerts at the hospital. Hadassah Medical Organization treats over one million patients annually, without regard to race, religion or national origin.
