I am a 73 year-old gay man of British/Polish origin who has lived with my partner in Provence since 1984. My partner is a luthier who makes lutes & theorbos. He used to play lutes but now prefers building them. I am a former English teacher turned translator who has now retired so I can give as much time as possible to rebuilding my cello playing technique.
